About Us
We are a collective of frontline workers who began our journey in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, British Columbia, supporting clients in addiction treatment and housing. What started as a meme page quickly grew into a national non-profit after we recognized the urgent need for more mental health and community care support for frontline workers.
Our mission is to foster a culture of care created by frontline workers, for frontline workers. To achieve this, we offer accessible workshops tailored to address the unique challenges faced in frontline work. These workshops provide tools, strategies, and a supportive space for individual workers.
In addition to supporting individuals, we collaborate with other non-profits to create systems and strategies that help prevent burnout and foster well-being. By offering customized workshops and practical resources, we aim to strengthen both Frontline and Management Teams, ensuring sustainable care for everyone involved.
